Lantronix Boxes and Networks

I'm hoping you can help with a problem that's begun at our site.  We have
several remote branches each with their own lantronix box, router, switch
and fractional T-1 line.  At these branches they have both Networked PCs and
dumb terminals.  Twice this week several of the branches have had their
lantronix box freeze thereby talking down all dumb terminals and self
checkout machines.  All other Network equipment in the branch continues to
work without a problem.  Recycling the power on the lantronix boxes will
bring them back on line.  Have any of you had a similar problem?  All the
fingers are obviously pointing at our Network.
