- Subject: ARIEL codes in ARTEmail request
According to the ARIEL international user guide:
When making ARIEL requests to BLDSC via ARTEmail, the Message Keyword
Code (i e FXBK99) should be added to the TX line.
Customers registered for number suppression (like us) "should add the
code after the unique number allocated to the request, e g
TX21-9999/01 FXBK99"
Unfortunately, we are unable to add the FXBK99 code to our Innopac
ARTEmail requests. The alphabetical characters (FXBK) are OK, but the
system does not accept the numerical characters.
Somebody else who has encountered this problem?
Somebody who has found a fix or workaround?
TIA,
Tore Lund
