HI Jeffrey,
Our library has recently implemented Innovative, our training is not
finished yet!
We are behind a firewall and we are having problems with access to alot of
the Innovative features including 24hr help since we cant have a modem and a
network line connected at the same time, and Z39.50 since the ports are
blocked.
From talking to innovative users I have found that no one seems to have the
same problems we do. Innovative have not been very helpful working through
this with us since they dont seem to come across such strict security
policies often.
Be sure to check all your options a before you go behind a firewall.
Cheers
Anne Walsh
