If you click on "Course Reserve" (just below title holds in Milcirc), you can then search by prof, course name or course number.

Kriss,

We have just begun using MilCirc as well.

According to the MilCirc User Manual (record 573-582) you should be able to
"Retrieve a course record by Prof/TA, course name, or course record number"
but at this point we only have course record (".") available in our drop
down box for searching. When we enter P<instructor_name> or R<course_name>
in the search dialog box we get a prompt of "invalid record number" These
functions work fine in our WebPAC (http://ksclib.keene.edu) or Character
based (telnet://ksclib.keene.edu) systems.

To be honest I haven't spoken to III about this yet, but would be curious to
know what you find out. Please feel free to contact me off-list.

Subject: MilCirc "title holds" indexes

I found out that we can ask Innovative to change the order of this drop-down
menu. (We are anxious to have the barcode tag near the top.)

In figuring out what order we prefer, we realized that some indexes are not
listed at all, such as keyword, prof/ta, course and our scopes. Does
anyone know if these indexes are possible in MilCirc "Title Holds"?
