Subject: book order claims

I can force a claims for book orders by using the "Claim/Cancel SPECIFIC
records" option.  However, regardless whether a range of records or a
review file in searched via the "EXAMINE a group of records for possible
claiming/canceling" function, the system just pops right back to the menu
without selecting any records to review.  What might be causing this?
