Hi Karen--
Glad to hear I wasn't the only one frantically collating staff input last
Wednesday only to find that the ballot had been removed by the time I got to
it! I was really bummed out!
Thanks for accepting ballots by email--I am delighted to get a reprieve
(would that it would have happened for a certain Democratic presidential
candidate as well...)

BTW, the online ballot is a fabulous idea and it made it MUCH easier to do
this. But I strongly suggest that the next person make it clear exactly
what time the ballot will be removed (e.g., "midnight Eastern time on "x" date"
since doing it on the web gives us more leeway to do it at at odd hour or from
home (yes, some of us work lots of odd hours and at home, sad to say).
Thanks again for giving us another chance and for all your hard work doing
this for IUG.

Fellow Innopacers, I apologize for the ballot having been removed early from the web site. I had asked my colleague to remove it on the morning of the 21st, not on the 20! I'm out of the office until after New Year's, but I will gladly accept via e-mail any ballots that were not able to be submitted on the 20th. Please be sure to include your library's IUG ID number.
