Milcirc: Multiple Pop-Up Messages

Is there a way to have more than one "pop-up"  message display when you
bring up a patron?  Often we have more than one important message, and I
don't want to have to go into the Edit field to read them.  This is
especially important because our student help won't always go that extra
step into the patron record. 

What I'd really like to see is the "pop-up" messages continue to pop up
until they have all been read.  Am I dreaming??!
