Helga,
Make sure Innovative has turned on this functionality completely. It sounds like the prompts are there, but nothing else has happened. We were surprised to learn that we were not given that functionality upon implementation of the system and had to go back to Innovative to have them set it up. It seemed like a standard item....

I'm new to the list and new to Innovative, so please excuse my lack of knowledge. I've checked the list archives, but could not find anything on this topic.
We are using Release 2000. We are attempting to use the Merge Duplicate Patron Records function, go through the process as directed onscreen, but keep getting a variety of messages, basically amounting to the fact dupkill cannot be done.
So now we've gone back to doing this manually.
Any ideas would be helpful.
