Roger,

I don't think III will allow you to go back to a previous version. We tried to do this when the export record bug came up and III refused to let us.

Penny

We have had a call in with III about the problems with guicat 3.2j. The problems (varied field index keeps appearing, being taken to the top of the page, etc.) are slowing down our cataloging considerably and making our cataloger quite frustrated.

My most recent call to III Helpdesk said the problem had been turned over to the software people and no fix was forthcoming that she knew of.

Once other guicat user suggested going back to the previous version of guicat until a fix was done. Has anyone actually done this? How did you do it and is it working out for you?
