Here at SOAS I had no problem accessing your catalogue through
the Web and Telnet.

Hello
We have a strange problem with our Webpac at the moment: We have access
to Webpac within our institution's IP range but not beyond-but we do
have external telnet access. The error message that appears when
connecting externally is Error 312- not one I'm familiar with and I
don't think it is generated by Innopac. Try connecting for yourself:

I have of course checked the http-Limit network access function and
remote host is set to 'all'. Our network people here say nothing has
changed on the filters on the network and the Unix person says it's an
'application level problem'. This is a call with Innovative at the
moment, but so far no response. I wonder if anybody out there has
encountered a similar problem and can advise me on a possible solution-
it's been like this for two weeks now and I'm beginning to get a bit
twitchy.
Thanks for your time.
