Web Management Circulation Statistics

After struggling to write a concise question about Web Management Reports
Circulation Statistics, I have given up and simply would like to correspond
with someone who is using this program to produce circulation reports.  I
need to speak with someone in a multi agency set up but not in a consortium
as apparently they have a different set of reporting options.  I'm trying to
make sense of how the reports are collecting the data.  Some are recording
transactions by terminal group and others are reporting by item location.
This becomes an important distinction when you have material being
circulated at other locations (holds and requests).  I understand the
distinction in the regular statistical package but have lost the thread when
looking at the web reports.  I have looked at the user manual and have a
call into the help desk however I need some info by tomorrow morning.
