Re: Ebsco electronic invoice problem

Gerry,

Though Ebsco knows we are an Innovative library they sent us instructions on how to
retrieve a compressed file that could then be uncompressed into a number of different
formats that it turns out the Innopac can't use.  Ebsco has to format the invoice
information in a special way for the Innopac to accept it.  I spoke to Sarah at Ebsco
User Services and she knew immediately what the problem was when I said we were an
Innovative library.  They had that on record but mistakenly formatted the invoice data
incorrectly.
