GUICat glitch in ver.3.2j: a fix

Hello all

Some (ut not all) of our Tech Services staff discovered that after we
upgraded to release 3.2j, any record when first opened didn't show the tabs
on the bottom of the screen (to see other views, like Bib, item, order,
etc)...if they minimized and then maximized the record, it came up
ok...after much experimentation, we figured out the culprit was the
"Maximize All Windows" check-box in the Options/Display box...if this is
checked on the new release, the first time you open a record, you don't get
the tabs.  So only those stations were affected.

Hope this saves someone else the trouble.
