Dear Innopac Users,
 
We are a  medium size Information Center with almost 1000 users in a newly established University. We have been sending  so called, "Reminder Notices" to our patrons 3 days before the actual due date, manually (create a file of patrons with items due a specific date, copy this info., than paste this info. into the specific e-mail) since we first implemented the system October 1999. But as you can guess this takes extra work, especially when we grow rapidly each year.
Before doing this manually, we asked to III, if  the system do this automatically, they said "Unfortunately our system does not support reminder notices". 
 
We would like to know if any of you send this kind of "Reminder Notices" at all?
If so, how you do this? 
Do you think, changing the "1.Overdue Notice" text and set this to send 3 days before the due date, will be helpful? Pros and cons?
