Well it did display using the <y MARC:> option. The records looked exactly the
same. I thought that whether or not a field was indexed had to do with the index
rule for that field and not the cataloging utility option used to edit the record.
It might be functioning the way the system is set up to but that does not mean it
is as it should be.
