Automating Output to Bursar's office

We are considering Output to Bursar's office to transfer fines and other
charges to student records on Banner which our university is currently
implementing.  We would like this transfer to happen overnight while the
library is closed and wonder if anyone is running "unattended" Output to
Bursar's office using a script.

Our computer staff will write (almost) any interface to load the output
file to Banner, so I'm not concerned about that part of the transfer.
We would like to extract the file from INNOPAC and transfer it to another
computer without staff intervention.  Please let me know if you are doing
this.
