I agree with Michael that "let's trust our people!". The
password should never have been changed even though it became known over
the list. This caused all sorts of problems. Now I don't even know what
the password is, and in a large consortium communicating a new password
is a major issue. Plus, the email asking for the new password was
aggravating.
Enhancement suggestions should not be looked at as sacrosanct. It is not
as if III is actually going to implement all of the suggestions from the
Users Group. Innovative makes decisions on enhancements from a number of
sources and for a number of reasons, including cost, time, and whether or
not they can do it. I always use multiple avenues of letting them know
what we feel is needed, including the Users group, talking to key staff
if I get a chance, sending directly to enhance, etc.

Shades of Fl., will we be getting into

at the situation a little closer. We have an obligation to
Innovative to
protect the enhancements requests from non-Innovative people. With
this in
mind, shouldn't we allow the enhancements to be viewed by all
Innovative
users and just have a need to protect the balloting from the misuse by
some
individuals?
