You can search for bib records with check-ins attached if you do it as a
check-in list. There is a choice of check-in exists, not exist.

Subject: RE: Create List Function Question
I've talked to several people here about this & the consensus is that
searching the bib records isn't going to work for what we need. If there
were a way to search for all bib records with check-in records attached,
that might work.
We have a Law Library & they have items for which the bibliographic record
is a monograph, but it is checked in like a serial publication. We have
similar examples for the rest of the collection, so searching the
bibliographic record for serial format only will not give us what we need.
Thanks though!
I see that someone else has recently posted to the Innovative users list
about this very problem, so we're not the only ones with the problem.

Kim,
Try creating a list of bibliographic records. This will allow you to
access
information from both the checkin and the order records. It could get a
bit
hairy if you are part of a consortium, but is the only way to be able to
combine
the information in one review file.

Subject: Create List Function Question
Greetings to all here,
Our Business Services Director has asked if I can generate a list of items
that
were received, but not paid. Several of us have worked on this issue, but
have
not been able to come up with a way to do this. Part of our problem is that
creating a list based on this is easy to do for monographic orders, but not
for
the standing orders or for serial orders.
Does anyone know a way to search both check-in records and order records?
We
tried to combine the review files, but the system says "No check-in
records" or
"No Order Records" when you try to combine a list with check in records
with
order records. We need the order records for the paylines, but we also need
the
check-in records for anything received within the fiscal year.
If there's another way to do this, I'd love to know. But I'd really rather
not
review records manually if at all possible. :/
This may need to be an enhancement request to III, but surely we're not the
first people to need an answer to this problem.
Thanks in advance... and in case anyone wonders why we care about orders
received but not paid, we have several vendors who are notorious for
sending in
bills from six months to two years AFTER we've received the items. Needless
to
say, the auditors and our selectors are not very happy when this happens.
