My apologies. I hit the reply button instead of forward...

Don't know if you'd call this a bug, but it sure could be annoying.

We are just about to go on to release D. We use DEC VT220 emulation, not
VT102. Would anybody know whether the same problem is likely to occur for
us? Also about this matter of turning off automatic word wrap ... isn't that
going to make difficulties in other areas?
<<<
Paul, the answer to both questions is "yes".
The solution to the second question is to just turn it off when you need to use
the delete item records function and then turn it back on to do the rest of your
work.
Maybe III will fix this coding error if you bring it to their attention. We only
use PfW for specialized applications with our Innopac, so this won't affect us,
but if it affects you then you should raise a stink.
Another VT coding error in the Innopac is in "DELETE records of any type" - once
the system gets to the point that is merrily deleting records, the system places
the "Press "s" to stop at any time" message _within_ the previous screen
messages at the bottom of the screen, which is just annoying.
HTH,
David Jones
