David,
We had trouble with Gale from the start. We finally
fixed it by adding all the gale servers we knew of to our
WAM tables. I think they redirect some logins to other
servers or something. The one that we were finally hung
up on was *.galenet.com which Gale says they no longer
use -- but we couldn't get all of our logins to work until I
added that one to the table.
