One ought to be able to do this with cascading stylesheets. The WWWOPTIONS
file has a STYLESHEET directive which gets inserted into each dynamically
generated page. So it should be possible with something like this:
BODY { background: purple; font: pink; }
Put that in a file with the extension ".css". I assume (although have not
tried it) that it would be possible to upload that file to the WebPAC and
add this to the WWWOPTIONS file:
STYLESHEET=/screens/style.css
You can also put it on a separate web server and say something like:
STYLESHEET=http://www.you.org/style.css
