overlay protection

I am with North Richland Hills Public Library in North Richland Hills, 
Texas.  I just began my acquaintance with iii a few months ago and have been 
following the users group for a while.
We will begin using the acquisitions module in October.  Most of our 
ordering will be thru Title Source.  I've read the manual but am having 
difficulty deciding how to set up overlay protection and interface with 
Baker & Taylor. I've done my profile at B&T.  Does anyone have any tips, 
horror stories, etc., about setting up this list.   Thank you,  Lana Dibble,
