- Subject: Re: DRA to III migration
Sandy: Central Michigan Univ. has been on III for over 2 years, although we were
not on DRA we did have Notis. We had the same concerns that you express. Our
Information Technology department devised a MS Access program that contains all of
the information that we requested be on the system, how they entered that
information I am not aware. It only contains the bare minimum of information, but
has all of the payment records, OCLC#'s, Vendors, etc. It is run off of the main
server and access is given to the various people within our library that may
require that information. So, in case of a future audit, we should be prepared.
Thanks, Amie Pifer
