Jean,
We have found that this can't be done in staff mode because the logic is
that you don't need a paging slip for something in your own building
(although I too think this should be an option). However, in patron
request mode, we have our options set to LOCAL AVAIL ELSE ANY, and a
patron request will always trigger a paging slip, even when the request
is placed on an item at the same location as the patron placing the
request.
