The Hartford Public Library has begun working with another agency in
Hartford to include their holdings in our Innopac. Their vendors include
Follett, PermaBound, and Baker & Taylor. Can anyone tell us if we will need
to purchase a separate load profile for each vendor?
We are waiting for a final answer on this from Innovative, but in the
meantime we need to get back to our partner with an answer.
