the administrator does not need to give the staff admin rights to their logins.. there may only be a perticular file or directory that they need full rights to.

We would greatly appreciate advice on the installation of the application
version of MilCirc on PCs on an NT network.  We are able to make it work on
an NT administrator's account, but not on other accounts.  Our NT
administrator has no interest in giving privileges to the library staff.

I searched the archives and did not find a discussion of this issue, which
makes me think it is a solvable problem.  We would love to hear from anyone
who has a solution.  We contacted the help desk but have not yet received a
reply.
