I can only offer our experience, but I can't speak all that authoritatively
because it hasn't been a lot of experience.  All of our NT workstations are
configured with FAT partitions.  Two of our machines developed problems that
could only be corrected by changing the partition to NTFS.  After they were
changed they wouldn't run Millennium unless given sysadmin.  One of our
machines runs okay with this change, but the other doesn't.  The one that
doesn't, freezes immediately after plain user login.  Given sysadmin, the
machine freezes much later into a session.  We don't have multiple partition
types or multiple partitions on our machines, so I can't speak to that
issue.
