I have a few NT 4 SP5 machines running Mil-Circ on NTFS partitions with no
trouble. However, my inability to get Mil-Circ to run with SP6 makes me
inclined to stick with Win98 SE for now.

I'd dearly love to see a detailed "How To" on running Mil-Circ on Linux.
That might be the ultimate solution.
