I can't speak authoritatively on this, but I believe this is a browser
issue, not an Innopac issue.  The problem described does not happen in our
WebPAC (R2K Upd.B), but I have seen similar things occur in other vendors'
databases (SilverPlatter, for one).  A reboot of the afflicted machine
always cured it.
