Subject: Duplicate OCLC downloads

We have been experiencing duplicate OCLC downloads in the past month or so
at all three of our cataloging PCs. It is getting annoying. We are working
with Innovative who asks us to check our lines. We access OCLC via the
Internet, load over the LAN. Otherwise our LAN and Internet access is fine.
We have reinstalled and configured Passport for Windows but this hasn't
helped.

Is anyone out there experiencing this duplication? Has anyone in the past?
Should we be talking with OCLC? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.
