- Subject: Re: Duplicate OCLC downloads
We have been experiencing a different, but similar problem: when we
create multiple volumes with our 949 line, and then overlay our order
record (which does not have items attached yet) after exporting, our
system counts the volumes as COPIES in the fixed field. This also
happens when we overlay, without creating more item records with the 949
line, an already existing record which has multiple volumes already
attached. The COPIES count goes up.
We have been in contact with III repeatedly, and so far have not been
able to get a resolution to this problem. Is this happening to anyone
else out there?
