We have a staff view now on the WebPAC, thanks to My Millennium. Here's
how it works.

Staff log on through "View Your Circulation Record."
They enter name and patron barcode number at the prompts.
They click on the button to "Search the Catalog."

We have a special search menu designed for staff that includes more than
the public WebPAC menu. For example, we've added III record number and
OCLC record number. Only users with a staff patron type can access this
menu and get the full displays.

All MARC fields are displayed in the record. The Innovative fixed fields
display, as well as the record number, when created, and when last
updated. At the bottom of the bib record display are links to the checkin,
item, and order records (in that order). You can click on a button at the
top of the record that permits you to see the public view (and conversely,
you can go from the public view back to the staff view). Even records
suppressed from the public are retrievable and will display in the staff
view.
