use of Format column in the Foreign Currency Table

- Subject: use of Format column in the Foreign Currency Table
Does anyone have idea of the use of the format column in the Foreign
currency table. I check the manual but it only lists the usual 3 columns.
Maybe it is an additional column in rel 2000?
