- Subject: Printing spine labels from GuiCat
We have started printing spine labels from III. We are using GuiCat
version 3.2h although our problem also occurs in the character-based
Innopac. Commas and periods are being dropped from the call numbers.
For example, if the call number is "Sharmat, M.", the spine label comes
out looking like -
Sharmat
M
We would like to see -
Sharmat,
M.
Our III trainer is looking into this but I was wondering if anyone has
experienced this and found a solution. I have gone over the spine label
settings with our trainer and haven't found anything that would make a
difference.
