Things may have changed in the six years since our testpac evaluation 
(computers are faster) but we had to ask if our test database could be
reloaded and I would definitely take up the offer if Innovative is
suggesting a reload.  We were glad we did.  Again things may have 
changed in the six years but at the testpac stage I didn't even know
how to load records!  Even if you have to do it (Innovative won't let 
you unless they are certain you know how to do it) I'd definitely
reload the database.
