Jeffrey,

I totally agree with you if that is what III is doing.  However, when the 
initial message was sent about changing 440s to
490s, it appeared that it was possible for a 4901b to the same as an 830, 
which is wrong.  I was objecting very strongly to the automatic, blanket 
conversion of all 440s to 4901s and then creating an 830.  Not all 440s are 
incorrect.
