Fund code changes for journals

The library for the UNR Medical School has a number of journal
subscriptions paid from gift funds.  The particular gift fund used may
change from year to year.  If any of you have a similar situation, I'd be
interested to hear how you handle it.  Some options might include:

* Have a separate order record for each fund code.
* Use one order record but change the fund code each time the gift fund
  changes.
* Have one fund code that represents all gift funds, and track
  expenditures against each separate gift fund on a spreadsheet.
