There has been discussion about this before and you can probably find it in the
archives, but the simple answer if that your pc (that which has the file you want
to upload to the iii server) must be an FTP daemon server so you must use that
kind of FTP software.

I use ServU which is relatively inexpensive, but there may be freeware products
out there which do the same thing.  I'd be happy to speak with you by phone if
that would help.
