digest of IUG?

Peter and whomever:
   At last Friday's IUG meeting it was announced that the digest 
version of these messages (i.e. one long message instead of many 
small ones each day) is now available again.  Well, earlier today I 
signed up for the digest form again,and received a message confirming 
it (after confirming my desire to receive it as digest) but I am 
still receiving the individual messages.
   How can I (or you) reset it so that I will only receive the digest 
version and not both?
