- Subject: Proxy Server Settings? IE 5.01
Greetings!
I am turning to the Innopac Users brain trust for assistance. I was
informed over the weekend that some of our users have downloaded the latest
version of Microsoft's IE (released July 6th) and cannot get the proxy
server settings to work. So, I surfed to Microsoft's site this morning and
downloaded the latest version (it says 5.01 Service Pack 1 but it installs
as 5.00.3105 SP1).
A very special Thank you to our "friends" in Seattle for breaking
something that was working just fine for us. I guess it was just a matter
of time before they messed it up again anyway.
Has anyone figured out the proper proxy server configuration (if there is
one) with this new version?
