<Children’s Librarian>. Beloit Public Library. Lead a busy
children’s
department with duties including reference, collection
development, supervision,
scheduling, planning, and programming. Be part of the
planning for a
revamped children’s area that’s in progress at Beloit Public
Library.
BPL has 27 FTE’s and a $1.6 million budget. MLS required.
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity,
flexibility,
computer knowledge (Innovative OPAC, Windows95, Microsoft
Word, Access, etc), children’s lit knowledge,  management
and team skills. 2 years
experience desired. Salary mid-thirties. Excellent benefits
