Melissa,
We found a problem with Release 12 and Milcirc.
Code 94 which is "view patron record" in release 12 ...
Allows for both "view patron record"  and setting manual charges in Milcirc.
This was unacceptable for us.
We need our student workers to see patron records - but we don't allow them to
add charges to records.

So we did a quick install of release 2000  .. which fixed the problem.

I'm currently in the configuration stage of Milcirc and haven't deployed it in
Circ yet.

We are currently on Release 12 and will be upgrading a few
of our circ workstations to MilCirc next week.

Anyone had any significant problems with R12 or phasing
in MilCirc ... some circ staff using text and some web?  We
want to start slowly and we don't have all our PCs upgraded
yet and we aren't ready to go to R2000.

I assume that the phasing in problem below has been resolved
since nothing else on this has been posted on the listserv.

      Our library has been using Millennium Circulation for about a
month and I understand the application itself is very new.  I guess it

matter of time before issues arise:

1.    Millennium Circulation was not seeing Innopac--items were
checking in on one system, but not showing up in the other.  Our library

spent the past two weeks dealing with patrons who have already returned
items.  Are other sites using both Millennium Circ and Innopac having

same problem?
