Hi Melodie,

The URL Verification report is automatically generated as a review file
daily.  Go to Create lists, select your empty file and then choose Copy a
review file (rather than create).  Scroll down through the lists and at the
bottom will be the system generated review files--one of which is the URL
verification report.
