export from a review file to Procite

I have a question about exporting from a review file into Procite
database.   The file appears to export from the Innopac because the
screen scrolls as it should.   When we try to 'transfer' from the
capture file into Procite we get the message "Import stopped. A record
contains more fields than were available" after 252 records.   When we
view the file of this record we cannot see a problem.  If we delete the
offending record, we can transfer 58 additional records and get the
message "File ended before a record was complete" Again we cannot see
anything wrong with the offending record.   If you export records into
Procite, would you please email me privately with any suggestions or to
give me your Procite settings.

I have contacted III but don't have a response yet.
