Sarah,
To creat a macro on OCLC, find a OCLC record that you wish to export.
Choose tools from drop down menu
Choose macros from drop down menu
	From top box choose "PrismCat"
Type in the name of the macro in the bottom box with no spaces (This can
be whatever you want to name your macro)
	Click on "record"
	Click on "no"
Type in a description of what the macro will do (i.e. export bib and order)
	Click on "ok"
You will return to the oclc screen
Notice the two icons below the toolbar in the upper left hand corner.
These will stop and pause recording.
You are now ready to perform the function that you will use the macro in
the future.
As soon as you have entered all keystrokes you wish the macro to perform,
click on the stop recording icon in the toolbar.
Perform the following keystrokes while recording a macro
Go to the end of the OCLC record you chose in the beginning.
`	Enter the line as you would if you were doing this one at a time (line 99
marc tag 949 followed by the commands available to you in the III user
manual (we use *recs=bo;dflt=biblio, firmo;po=n;) (our defaults are the
names of the templates we use for bib and order records) We choose not to
write the p.o. at that time so we state po=n)
Follow the command you put in by F11.
Then enter xpo followed by F11.
After it is exported we choose to enter the unedit command by entering
"ue" F11. (This removes the line you just put in so it won't remain on that
record forever)
Click on the stop recording icon in the toolbar.
	Done!
You can assign the macro to an ICON
		Choose tools
		Choose customize
		Choose toolbar
Select the macro you wish to assign from the drop down menu next to the
user tool you wish to assign it to.
The macro will now run from the numbered icon on the toolbar.
Each time you pull up a bib record, just click on the numbered icon and
the machine exports the bib and order for you.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to contact me if you need more help.
