AOL problems with View Circ. Record?

Hi, 

I don't think I have seen this problem on the list in the last several
months-- apologies if I have missed something.

We have had some remote users who have not been able to access their
records to view checkouts or renew items.  We were told (by III, I think)
that AOL's browser cannot read III forms, and, indeed, our complaints have
been from AOL subscribers.  Since the load of Release 2000, there has
apparently been some modification of what AOL subscribers encounter; we
got the following feedback message from one of our remote users on AOL:

I tried to access my library record and could get no further than having the 
number of items checked out displayed.  The message read that my number was 
invalid and I had to revalidate it.  However, my number is valid to 6/2000.  
Even though I jumped through the hoops to revalidate, I could not get my 
record to show.  Another inconvenience was that I could not get my record to 
show books checked out in the Morrill Library[one of our branch
libraries]. Are these separate records or 
are they part of the general record I tried to access.  ...

Before I check with III on this (again) I'd like to know if anyone else is
experiencing this problem with AOL users -- or with any other users...?
