Have you checked the name servers that your innopac uses to resolve
addresses. When this has happened to us, that is almost always the
problem. So we now have 3 name servers addresses put in the innopac in
case one is down, it can go to the next. That mostly fixed the
problem. Also, the pcs that connect to the Innopac...they might need to
be given names in your local name server. I had my computer center
update the pc IP numbers with at least generic names because it was
happening randomly throughout my OPAC area pc. That fixed login AND
seemed to increase the speed in which some pages downloaded.
