Not true. A tricky telnet program can overcome the limitations imposed by
Innopac.
Ordinarily, Innopac is configured so that "attached printer" is "generic",
because you never know what kind of printer is attached to a particular PC (or
terminal). But in the "generic" approach, Innopac sends out 66 lines per page,
without formfeeds. You MAY be able to configure a laser printer to allot 66
lines per page, but that's tricky to do, and impossible on some printers.
If you use AnzioWin as your telnet, and turn on its Print Wizard feature, then
it sees that there are no formfeeds, assumes this must be 66 lines per page,
and automatically scales the font to fit 66 lines into the printable portion
of the page. It will also scale it horizontally, so you can switch to
132-column reports with no user intervention. Just like magic! See web site
