Hi Cheryl,

You can delete the cancelled orders as long as the status is change to "z"
(cancelled).  We can also delete orders with status 1, but I don't remember
if that is a system default or unique to us. (I expect the manual might
provide some illumination).  Then you can delete the bib.

Otherwise, if those items which have been received and returned have
payments recorded in the orders, you will have to archive the orders and
then purge them.  We do this once a year.  You can then identify the
uncataloged bibs (with no attached records) and delete them.

Never want them.  No other items attached to these BIBs.  Can we delete the
