There is no status "late" that can be searched on, but these are still
searchable. The innopac knows that an issue is late based on the expected
date which is TRANS DATE for anything that is considered expected.
Basically you are looking for materials that have a BOX STATUS=expected AND
TRANS DATE<today or some other chosen date.

Unfortunately, though, this will give you _all_ of the late items,
including those that have been claimed (which you could eliminate with
CLAIMS = 0). If what you are looking for are the ones that will be claimed
in the near future, there is no simple way to do that because you cannot
search the "Days before claim" parameter of the card itself. But a tricky
work-around for this would be to set up one of the SCODEs as a proxy for
this parameter:

Days before claim/SCODE
15/a
30/b
45/c
60/d
90/e
etc,

Then you could do a search for items that are:

BOX STATUS=expected AND TRANS DATE>10 days ago AND TRANS DATE<15 days ago
and SCODE=a OR
BOX STATUS=expected AND TRANS DATE>25 days ago AND TRANS DATE<30 days ago
and SCODE=b OR
BOX STATUS=expected AND TRANS DATE>40 days ago AND TRANS DATE<45 days ago
and SCODE=c OR
etc,

That would give you the list of items that the innopac is getting ready to
claim ...

It would be a pain to set up and it would be better if you could just
search the "Days before claim" parameter, but it might work for some
library settings.

HTH,
